2-3 pound packages
About Our Cuts: Because our animals are raised naturally and butchered by hand, no two cuts are identical. The price listed reflects the average weight of the range selected. We guarantee your cut will fall within the selected weight bracket. If a cut is slightly under the average, we will make up for it by ensuring another item in your order is slightly over, or we will pick a larger cut for you!
